The Bargello Palace built for the People's Captain in 1255, is one of the city's oldest public buildings. Transformed into a National Museum in 1865, the Bargello houses today some of the city's most important Renaissance sculptures. The museum has also an important collection of applied arts.

Our guided tour in the museum encompasses a detailed presentation of the outstanding works of Ghiberti, Donatello, Brunelleschi, Verrocchio, Michelangelo and Giambologna. This program, dedicated to a unique repertoire of Renaissance sculpture is an ideal completion of our classical tour in Florence.
