For centuries the small mountain village Colognora has been the heart of the local chestnut economy. Todays Colognora, choosen by American film director Spike Lee for his ‘Miracle at St. Anna,’ is a charming village which has well preserved its medieval character.

After a gentle walk through narrow streets which open to stunning views we will visit the chestnut museum where you learn about the incredible variety of products manufactured in the past by skilled chestnut workers.
