This itinerary offers the most comprehensive introduction to the life and works of Leonardo da Vinci. We begin the day with the part of the Leonardo museum system that houses reproductions of all of Leonardo da Vinci's paintings and some of his drawings, in very high definition and life-size. After the visit, a pleasant walk through olive groves and vineyards takes us to the house where Leonardo was born.

After our lunch break, we visit the other two sites of the Leonardo da Vinci museum in Vinci: the Palazzina Uzielli and the Conti Guidi Castle, where numerous machines and models document Leonardo's interests in war, architecture, mechanics, anatomy, building construction, textile technology, hydraulics, and flight. Among others, we pay special attention to the projects Leonardo devised for his homeland, as well as the biographical events linked to his childhood spent in Vinci.
